We know happiness may come easier to some than others and we’re here to help you feel a little happier.
We’re three regular guys with a fascination for how the brain works. And let’s be honest: the world is throwing way too much at it. Doom-scrolling, endless notifications, the constant deluge of information and dopamine hits that our bodies just weren’t built for. But here’s the thing: you don’t have to settle for the scraps of happiness sprinkled between memes and bad news.
We believe you deserve better. You deserve Sundays without dread. No more staring at the clock and feeling the weight of Monday creep in. Saving Sundays is about flipping the script on the Sunday Scaries and confidently walking into the workweek. Or dancing, if that’s your kinda thing. The kind of confidence that sets boundaries with your boss, fills you with pride in what you do, and crushes imposter syndrome.
